Paper Crafter’s Library March Projects

Hello guys!
As promised I have a few projects to share with you all today. I hope you are enjoying the wonderful warmth we are all getting. We have mosquito's up north already!! It's so crazy! I think we are opening up our pool in 2 weeks. Usually that doesn't happen until late May. Hey, one more month of pool time is fine with me!!



So, the first project I have to share with you guys is this adorable decorated box. The box is from Stampin Up! It is so fun to decorate and give a way. It's super simple to make. But if you would like to see just how there is a pdf and a video on how I made this over at Paper Crafter's Library.

Do you guys use these cute clothes pins to hold your work? Look how cute they are all decked out in beautiful embellishments. I actually have 3 of these including this one in my studio holding various cards. They are a really nice accent to my work. So if you have a few lying around why not give it a go?

These nugget tins are a fave of mine. So fun and easy to make. I am really loving this super pale turquoise and purple together. All of the supplies and how to's are avail in the member's section over at Paper Crafter's Library.

Kindness Matters

The card I have to share with you today is for a challenge to use doilies. I love using doilies but find I don't add them very often. They add such a sweet texture and dimension to projects. Note to self... buy more doilies!

Queen For a Day!

Q is Queen for a day! Heehee What a fun card this was to make! The challenge was to design a card using black, white, and one other color only. My favorite color right now is this soft pale turquoise blue. Luva it! And doesn't it look wonderful with black and white? Such a cool combo.

I am recovering from the dentist today. Spent 3 1/2 hours in the chair! Ugh... that's why I hate going to the dentist. They always find all these things wrong and say they need to be fixed right away!! That drill sound is still ringing in my ears. Yuck! But it's nothing that a little paper and scissors can't cure ~:0)

Holy Freekin Cow!! Graphic 45's 30 finalists!!

Ok so the moment so many of us have been waiting weeks for is finally here! Graphic 45 announced the line up of the 30 finalists who have made it to round 2 of the audition for their 2012 Design Team. Nothing short of a dream come true! And guess what???

OMG I MADE THE LIST!!!

I am so over the moon excited about this and can hardly contain myself. If you missed all the news here is my audition post. The next round is going to be tough. It's stiff competition for sure! But for right now I am just going to enjoy this moment. ~:0)

JustWordz Blog Hop

My card for the hop is a very sweet spring like card. I am loving these new papers from SU. Right up my alley. When paired with this yummy bow you have a recipe for success!! When you get a paper collection and love so many of the papers don't hesitate to use 3 or 4 different pieces of designed paper. As long as the colors can be picked up in another... you're good to go.

It's been a pleasure working with Kim from JustWordz stamps. I have really loved using her stamps for the last few months.
